To install Tally, your system must meet the following minimum requirements.

Processor	Intel Pentium IV and higher or equivalent
Memory	256 MB RAM or more
Free Hard Disk Space	40 MB Minimum (excluding the data)
Monitor Resolution	Recommended 1024 x 768 or higher

Note: For better performance Tally Multilingual needs more memory (about 40MB of
Free Hard Disk Space)
